100 Hearts is an I Am Abel Foundation Chicago citywide initiative that will train and certify 100s of  high school and middle school aged kids from urban and disadvantaged communities on life saving CPR.  Our training sites will be strategically placed throughout Chicago to maximize training in communities where there is great need but limited resources.  Our sessions seek to train  children on the steps needed to save a life in the field.

Would You Like Your Chicago Area High School Students Certified In CPR or FIRST AID?

SAVE A LIFE. DON'T TAKE ONE.

Our SAVE A LIFE - DON’T TAKE ONE campaign is a student lead initiative teaching life saving CPR, First Aid and Stop The Bleed while promoting  Nonviolence and Life Consciousness to Chicago area high school and 7-8th grade students.  Through our peer lead initiatives, we will train our children to become advocates for themselves, their families and their communities.

Would You Like Us To Bring To Your School State Of The Art  STOP THE BLEED Training as we promote Nonviolence Through Our Seminars?

We are also empowering our students to take a stand against violence while giving them the tools they need to help a fellow person in need should they be the first lay responder on the scene of a trauma.

This is part of the mission of I AM ABEL FOUNDATION which was founded following the murder of our founder’s young cousin followed by the paralysis of another cousin all within 6 months of one another and due to Chicago south side gun violence.   These services are always FREE OF CHARGE for our students.

We can also make arrangements for workshops at our home site at:
