Dr LaMenta "Sweetie" Conway, Keynote Speaker for Loyal Stritch Medical School's HPREP Closing Ceremony
January 14, 2019
Dr. Conway had the esteemed pleasure of being the keynote speaker for Loyola Stritch Medical School’s HPREP (Health Professions Recruitment And Exposure Program) Closing Ceremonies. These amazing Chicago area High School Students presented their projects on numerous topics from Leukemia to PTSD and more. We are incredibly proud of their mentors especially the Loyola Stritch Medical students who put together this outstanding programming for the students.
They are all the future of healthcare and it was an honor to share not only the story of I AM ABEL FOUNDATION but my journey to medicine. We also thank you I AM ABEL FOUNDATION Mentee Alana Young and #PROUD Parents Norlander and Darius Robinson for greeting HPREP students, sharing our mission and inviting them to apply to our open programming.
