FOR PROSPECTIVE PHYSICIAN & MEDICAL STUDENT MENTORS
Join us as a Physician or Medical Student Mentor for the URBAN BRIDGES MEDICAL
MENTORING PIPELINE PROGRAM.
We encourage physician mentors to apply year-round. Typically, we match mentors with
mentees annually between March and May, aligning with our student admission cycle. Because students are only admitted when we have a mentor available, it's crucial that we build a strong cohort of physicians each year. Occasionally, mentees are paired with mentors outside the usual cycle as needs arise. By having available and ready mentors, we ensure a robust and flexible system of support for our students.
We also recruit medical students year-round. While many are paired with mentees between
March and May, medical students can be paired with mentees from our Student Affiliate
Program throughout the year, as the program admits students on a rolling basis.
