LETTER OF RECOMMENDATION
If you are interested in having Dr. Conway complete a letter of Recommendation (LOR) on your behalf for medical school or your post-bacc or graduate level program, please complete the following document on Google Form below. Once you have completed it, please notify Dr. Conway and Ms. Magnolia Oliver that the request has been completed on the google form.
Important Reminder:
Keep in mind that Dr. Conway REQUIRES ONE MONTH'S NOTICE (30 days) to provide adequate lead time for LOR completion. Please keep in mind that if you are NOT an ACTIVE mentee of I Am Abel Foundation within the past 1-2 years, Dr. Conway will be unable to complete your request due to the number of mentees that require her assistance and lack of information to pull from if participation was remote.
